She has dedicated her entire life to training and for the last 8 years has been the rock behind the amazing community she created here at 15:13 Fitness & Strength.

Raelyn Perzel, certified trainer

Coach Raelyn cannot wait to help you achieve your goals and will motivate you throughout every workout! She is a certified trainer through the Two Brain Coaching program and has years of experience in all types of exercise.

Coach Raelyn has been lifting and running since high school but found her true passion for fitness in college where she took control of her life and physical health losing over 50lbs and gaining confidence and strength. 

She can't wait to work with you and will help motivate you through every class!


Amber Fornash, certified trainer

Coach Amber has been a member of the 15:13 fam since 2019 and has achieved her certification to be a personal trainer, fitness coach and nutrition counselor through NCCPT & ISSA.

Coach Amber loves all forms of fitness with Kettlebell and Body Weight movements being some of her favorite ways to condition.

In her spare time she is off on some sort of adventure hiking, completing Obstacle Races & competing in local competitions.


When she's at the gym, she will help you modify to fit your ability level and will push you when you need it most! She is always in your corner.


Jessica Kelly, certified trainer

Coach Jess loves working with members and athletes of all skill levels! She will help you find the movement that is perfect for you and will encourage you to do your best! She is a certified trainer through NASM.


Coach Jess' favorite forms of fitness outside of the gym are walking her sweet pups and playing sports. She has competed in several Olympic lifting competitions in the past and ran in countless races.

Her fitness journey really ramped up while she was in the Marine Corps because of the standards they had, but she found that she loved fitness far beyond what was required of her.

"I am very excited to coach here at 15:13. I spent years leading others in the military and I discovered that helping those around me succeed is far more rewarding than my own personal accomplishments."
