Coach Nick is an amazing coach at 15:13 fitness and strength and handles all of the programming for your classes. He has multiple years of education and experience in sports, exercise, nutrition, and injury prevention. Coach Nick has a Masters of Education in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA. He has coached at the collegiate, high school, and recreation level.
Coach Nick has been active his whole life, starting with Karate and Soccer at a young age, he continued playing through high school and was a Captain for Midview Soccer 15’. He has participated in other sports including; baseball, hockey, Jiu Jitsu, cycling, CrossFit, and MMA.
With his extensive background, coach Nick will work with you to tackle your next goal!
Raelyn Johnson, certified trainer
Coach Raelyn cannot wait to help you achieve your goals and will motivate you throughout every workout! She is a certified trainer through the Two Brain Coaching program and has years of experience in all types of exercise.
Coach Raelyn has been lifting and running since high school but found her true passion for fitness in college where she took control of her life and physical health losing over 50lbs and gaining confidence and strength.
She can't wait to work with you and will help motivate you through every class!
